INFiNIT Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Program Overview

The INFiNIT Events Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved users ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new promoters and organizers to the INFiNIT OS platform using a unique referral code. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Commission Structure

Commissions are strictly paid as a percentage of INFiNIT's net profit margin and are explicitly excluded from the principal capital owed to promoters. Affiliates earn residuals across three streams:

• Ticket Volume: 10% of INFiNIT's net processing profit on tickets sold by referred accounts.
• SaaS Upgrades: 15% of the first month and 10% recurring on active PRO subscriptions.
• SMS Tokens: A volume-based cut of the net margin on all marketing token purchases.

3. Payment & Payouts

All payouts are processed securely via Stripe Connect. Affiliates must complete the Stripe Connect onboarding and maintain an active, valid connection to receive payouts. INFiNIT strictly reserves the right to withhold or terminate commissions generated via fraud, chargebacks, or violations of platform integrity.

4. Code of Conduct

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees of INFiNIT, nor may they engage in deceptive, coercive, or spam marketing tactics to solicit sign-ups. Affiliate links and codes must be distributed within ethical promotional bounds.

5. Termination

INFiNIT reserves the explicit right to suspend or revoke affiliate status immediately, without notice, if a user engages in fraudulent activity, manipulates the checkout engine, or violates these terms. Upon termination, all pending unconsolidated commissions will be forfeit.
