INFiNIT-OS is a business operations platform developed and operated by INFiNIT Enterprises, based in Orange County, California. 2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

• Registration Data: Name, email address, phone number, and date of birth when registering for events. Instagram handle is optional.
• Payment Data: All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, log, or have access to your card number, CVV, or banking details. If you join an event Waitlist, your payment method is securely tokenized and pre-authorized via Stripe SetupIntents to allow for automatic charging if a ticket becomes available.
• Location Data: Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address at the time of registration or checkout. This may include city, state, and zip code. We do not access your device GPS.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and page-view logs for security, fraud prevention, and platform analytics.
• Organizer Data: Business name, EIN, and government identification for KYC verification required by financial regulations.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process ticket purchases and generate secure QR codes for event entry.
• To send confirmation emails and event updates you have opted into.
• To verify organizer identities and process legitimate payouts.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• To improve platform performance and user experience.

We do not sell your personal data to competing ticketing platforms or direct industry competitors. For the avoidance of doubt, a "competitor" is defined as any third-party event organizer, rival promoter, competing venue, or alternative ticketing software provider. However, INFiNIT-OS reserves the right to share, license, or monetize anonymized and aggregated audience insights — such as demographic trends, geographic heatmaps, and genre preferences — with select, non-competing strategic partners, sponsors, or third-party advertisers (including but not limited to beverage, lifestyle, or consumer brands) for targeted marketing and promotional purposes. Individual personally identifiable records (name, email, phone) are never sold or transferred to sponsors. By utilizing the platform, you consent to this data sharing, subject to your right to opt out in accordance with applicable state and federal consumer privacy laws.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following categories of service providers, under strict data processing agreements:

• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing and identity verification.
• Resend, Inc. — Transactional email delivery (ticket confirmations).
• Twilio, Inc. — SMS communications (opt-in only).
• Neon Technologies — Secure PostgreSQL database hosting.
• Vercel, Inc. — Application hosting and edge networking.

5. Data Retention

Ticket registration and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial reporting obligations. You may request deletion of non-financial personal records at any time by emailing privacy@infinit-os.com or by using the account deletion tool in your account settings. Deleting your account will automatically cascade and permanently erase all associated non-financial data (e.g., promo codes, waitlist entries, and audience lists).

6. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to retention obligations).
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics, if any, are privacy-preserving and aggregated.

8. Security

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS. Database connections are pooled and protected. Sensitive identifiers (QR codes) are cryptographically generated per-registration. We follow industry-standard security practices to safeguard your data.

9. Children's Privacy

INFiNIT-OS is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@infinit-os.com and we will delete the data promptly. Organizer accounts require users to be at least 18 years of age.

10. SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number, we may send transactional SMS messages including ticket delivery links, loyalty perk alerts, and event reminders via our SMS provider, Twilio. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Your phone number is never shared with sponsors or third-party advertisers.

11. International Users

INFiNIT-OS is operated from the United States. If you access the platform from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection standards than your jurisdiction. By using the platform, you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to This Policy

We will notify registered users of material changes to this policy via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
